Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery across development projects.
- Develop and support solutions across front-end, back-end, APIs, databases, and cloud environments.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Test Teams, Operations, and key stakeholders.
- Support Scrum and Kanban delivery methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement within the development team.
- Mentor and support junior developers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Lead.
- Strong .NET development background, including C#, ASP.NET/Core, ASP.NET MVC, REST APIs, and Swagger.
- Object-oriented analysis and design experience.
- Expertise with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Cloud development experience, preferably with Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of API management platforms such as MuleSoft or Apigee is advantageous.
- Experience with microservices architecture is highly desirable.
- BA/BS degree required; Master's degree preferred.
