Responsibilities
- Deploy and optimize autonomous-driving perception models on embedded platforms for real-time, accurate, high-performance edge inference.
- Perform model conversion, quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation to improve inference efficiency and deployment performance.
- Analyze CPU, NPU, DSP, and GPU resource characteristics and recommend optimizations for models, post-processing, and sensor-fusion modules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with mainstream perception models, computational graphs, and operator characteristics.
- Hands-on experience with QAT/PTQ quantization, model pruning, and knowledge distillation.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ with solid programming skills.
- Practical deployment experience on automotive platforms such as Horizon Robotics, Axera, or NVIDIA.
- Mass-production project experience is preferred.
