Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of production AI agents for Sierra’s customers.
- Ship features and learn from real-world AI agent use cases at scale.
- Work effectively in fast-changing and ambiguous environments while solving technical problems.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and a builder’s or tinkerer’s mindset.
- Ability to creatively overcome obstacles and ship with high agency.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Intern program eligibility for students graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production is preferred.
- Familiarity with agent evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering is preferred.
- Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is preferred.
