Base Salary
$55k - $126k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage Tier II and Tier III incidents and handle the incident-management workflow.
- Build and maintain cloud software and infrastructure supporting machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Develop an MLOps ecosystem using knowledge of the ML lifecycle and related concepts.
- Troubleshoot software and identify solutions to complex problems for national-security customers.
- Build, containerize, and deploy end-to-end automated data and machine-learning pipelines in a cloud environment.
- Develop prompts, tools, and agents with large language models.
- Create internal knowledge-base articles and escalation paths for operational triage.
- Translate between technical and non-technical users and developers.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience with generative AI concepts and technologies such as Claude, GPT, and Gemini.
- At least two years of experience with Tier II and Tier III support and incident-management workflows.
- At least two years of experience with test and evaluation.
- Knowledge of the ML lifecycle and ability to develop an MLOps ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of system administration operations experience, or at least four years of system administration operations experience in lieu of a degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within six months of hire.
- Preferred experience with Python, AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Git, LLM prompt and agent development, and cloud-based automated data and ML pipelines.
- Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification and strong verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
