Responsibilities
- Join partner calls and translate ambiguous feature specs into model training requirements.
- Own the fine-tuning recipe for an on-device audio-to-function-calling model.
- Generate, clean, and analyze training data while maintaining large-scale data pipelines.
- Run continuous training and evaluation cycles based on partner requirements.
- Create dashboards, analyses, and documentation for partner-facing deliverables.
- Progressively take ownership of the end-to-end model development pipeline.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on machine learning experience, with end-to-end model training.
- Experience with large-scale data pipelines and data wrangling.
- Background in automotive, embedded-device, or on-device ML contexts.
- Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Experience with audio or speech models is a plus.
