Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Design and implement end-to-end testing strategies, test plans, and quality processes.
- Oversee test execution, defect resolution, and testing performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate alignment on quality objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated software testing methodologies.
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Ability to design and implement comprehensive test plans and testing strategies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in quality assurance.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
