Responsibilities
- Define and implement Microsoft Azure infrastructure patterns for compute, networking, identity, storage, monitoring, and governance.
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes platforms for containerized workloads and microservices.
- Design and integrate 3scale API Management or equivalent API gateway solutions for API security, governance, lifecycle management, and consumption control.
- Support architecture and implementation of Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms for real-time, asynchronous, and event-driven integrations.
- Develop, maintain, and review Terraform modules and reusable infrastructure automation patterns across environments.
- Design and support CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions or comparable DevOps tools.
- Provide technical guidance, review solution approaches, resolve design issues, and enforce architecture standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to drive solution delivery.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of overall IT experience, including strong experience in cloud solution design, implementation, and enterprise application delivery.
- Strong understanding of Azure services for networking, storage, identity, security, monitoring, and governance.
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes, including containerized application deployment, service exposure, scaling, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with 3scale API Management or similar API gateway platforms, including API security, routing policies, and lifecycle management.
- Working knowledge of Kafka or equivalent messaging and streaming platforms for asynchronous integration and event-driven architecture.
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or comparable tools.
- Strong practical experience creating, maintaining, and reviewing Terraform scripts or modules for repeatable infrastructure provisioning is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
