Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize backend services for machine learning features.
- Build backend systems that serve machine learning models in production.
- Ensure model predictions are observable and measurable.
- Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to refine requirements.
- Contribute to system design, architecture reviews, and code quality improvements.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across backend services and data pipelines.
- Support innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience in Python.
- Proven experience building high-performance or distributed systems.
- Experience deploying and serving machine learning models in production.
- Experience evaluating model performance using relevant metrics.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and microservices.
- Ability to operate effectively under ambiguity in dynamic environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
