Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI models and applications, including ML and generative AI solutions, as part of Axfood’s IT systems.
- Work across the full AI development lifecycle from design and development to production deployment and MLOps.
- Help establish best practices for AI development and delivery.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Tech Product Owners, and Delivery Leads to create scalable solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optionally lead backlog refinement or design work for AI solutions.
Requirements
- At least a couple of years of experience in a relevant area such as Data Science or machine learning.
- Previous experience developing proprietary AI solutions.
- Experience developing and implementing AI solutions as part of IT systems.
- Knowledge of machine learning, AI, and generative AI.
- Ability to work across the development lifecycle from design through operations.
- Experience with MLOps and DevOps is advantageous.
- Experience leading backlog refinement or design work for AI solutions is advantageous.
