Responsibilities
- Translate client business goals into scalable and secure technical solutions with Value Engineers.
- Develop and maintain reusable technical assets, including architecture templates and thought-leadership materials.
- Provide technical guidance on solution design, performance optimization, and security best practices in pre-sales and post-sales environments.
- Lead mission-critical projects and collaborate across Value Engineering, Sales, Product Management, consulting, and customer teams.
- Remove technical blockers, align system integrations with strategic goals, and accelerate platform adoption.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data manipulation, automation, or LLM integrations.
- Foundational understanding of data analysis, system architecture, and basic coding principles.
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as Make/Integromat or Celonis Action Flows is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and root-cause-analysis skills with the ability to develop creative, cost-effective solutions.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and documentation skills, plus adaptability and a customer-focused mindset.
- Full professional English proficiency at C1+ level.
- Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for a minimum of six months.
