Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute manual and automated tests for investor funding, payment processing, data pipelines, REST APIs, and system integrations.
- Build and maintain automated test suites using Python, Pytest, Robot Framework, Playwright, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Integrate and run automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
- Validate data accuracy and system performance using SQL queries, reconciliation, performance/load testing, and cross-browser and responsive testing.
- Use AI coding assistants and AI-driven testing tools for test creation, test-data generation, result analysis, and defect triage.
- Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams and support testing during US Eastern business hours.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience covering manual and automated software testing.
- Hands-on Python automation experience with Pytest and/or Robot Framework.
- Experience with Playwright using TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Strong SQL skills, including joins, subqueries, and aggregations for data validation and reconciliation.
- Experience testing REST APIs using Postman or code-based testing frameworks.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Experience with performance or load testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or Locust.
- Experience testing responsive web applications across browsers and devices.
- Practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day testing activities.
- 3+ years working in Agile/Scrum teams, strong communication skills, and availability during US Eastern business hours.
- Preferred qualifications include lending, loan servicing, payments, or fintech experience; custom AI agents or tools using LLM APIs; Jira and Confluence; file-based integrations including CSV, fixed-width files, and SFTP; and knowledge of financial data accuracy and compliance considerations.
