Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Manage ServiceNow configuration, customization, integrations, and deployment processes.
- Oversee release management to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
- Set and enforce platform standards aligned with business and vendor requirements.
- Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting to maintain system stability.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make team decisions.
- Lead best-practice development to improve platform reliability and efficiency.
- Coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow is required.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and customization is required.
- Experience managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems is required.
- Ability to oversee release management processes is required.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting is required.
- Ability to establish platform standards aligned with business and vendor requirements is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
