Responsibilities
- Own the full client relationship and account from discovery through close.
- Run discovery, architecture reviews, stakeholder interviews, and scoped delivery independently.
- Make and stand behind architecture and build decisions within client environments.
- Build documented, runnable, and maintainable software or automations that continue working after engagement completion.
- Identify scope creep, surface risks, and manage delivery quality.
- Identify expansion opportunities and contribute reusable patterns, templates, and components to the practice.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering or technical delivery experience with meaningful embedded or client-facing experience.
- Proven ability to independently own a client relationship from kickoff through close.
- Hands-on depth in LLM application development, cloud-native architecture, backend systems at scale, or enterprise business automation.
- Demonstrated ability to make independent technical decisions and manage delivery quality in client environments.
- Strong communication skills with both engineers and VP-level leaders, plus comfort operating amid ambiguity.
- Preferred experience building production AI systems such as RAG pipelines, agents, fine-tuned models, or LLM-native applications.
- Preferred hands-on experience with Claude, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent, including model parameters, prompt architecture, and tool use.
- Preferred background in consulting, systems integration, professional services, enterprise SaaS implementation, or a deeply familiar business function.
- Preferred familiarity with SOW-based delivery, scope management, AI enablement programs, and cross-functional work across Finance, Legal, and Operations.
- Operational experience with Zapier, Power Automate, Airtable, Salesforce, Workday, or ServiceNow is preferred.
- AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional are preferred.
