Responsibilities
- Prepare product-market fit for BytePlus IaaS, PaaS, MaaS, and Video Cloud products in the local market.
- Collaborate with sales teams and customers to identify opportunities, define needs, and communicate solution value propositions.
- Develop customer proposals covering business needs, application solutions, technical architectures, and Bills of Materials.
- Build demonstrations involving public cloud, AI Agent Platform, and language or content-generation model workflows.
- Create documentation for use cases, proposed solutions, product requirements, demos, technical architectures, and customer feedback.
- Train and guide customers through solution deployment.
- Act as an AI consultant for key accounts and develop AI transformation roadmaps aligned with business value, feasibility, and existing systems.
- Build customer-specific demonstrations and prototypes and identify common requirements for industry solution portfolios.
Requirements
- Engineering background and extensive application development experience.
- Proficiency using AI coding tools.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud products and cloud architecture, including compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, databases, and security.
- Hands-on experience deploying landing zones and establishing CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of large language models and content-generation models, including their strengths, limitations, and common use cases.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents, including prompt optimization, knowledge and memory-base management, tool use, and observability.
- Preferred experience in evaluation engineering for large language and content-generation models.
- Preferred understanding of AI Cloud, including GPU, networking, and training, inference, and reinforcement-learning platforms.
