Responsibilities
- Guide end-to-end implementation projects as merchants launch and scale payment integrations.
- Design and help merchants build scalable API-based integration solutions from solution design through go-live.
- Serve as a trusted technical partner by helping merchants address technical and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to deliver strong merchant outcomes.
- Share implementation insights and identify patterns to improve delivery quality.
Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience with APIs, web technologies, or programming through professional work or hands-on projects.
- Demonstrate technical curiosity, a fast learning mindset, and an interest in understanding how systems work.
- Communicate technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work effectively in collaborative environments and take responsibility for assigned work.
- Speak native Spanish and fluent English.
