Responsibilities
- Guide end-to-end implementation projects for merchants launching and scaling payment integrations.
- Design and help build scalable API-based integration solutions from solution design through go-live.
- Act as a technical partner to merchants and help resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering.
- Share implementation insights and identify patterns to improve delivery quality.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working with APIs, web technologies, or programming through work or hands-on projects.
- Strong technical curiosity, learning ability, and interest in understanding how systems work.
- Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Native Spanish and fluent English.
- Experience from technical support, consulting, QA, or client-facing roles may be relevant.
