Responsibilities
- Design and run four technical deep-dive sessions covering Claude, Claude Code, the Claude API, MCP, and agents.
- Answer engineers’ technical questions in a shared channel within the same or next business day.
- Host weekly office hours for live walkthroughs and hands-on support.
- Score hands-on readiness assessments and incorporate results into participant remediation plans.
- Review learning paths and assessments to align with engineers’ day-to-day work.
- Document answers, code snippets, and session recordings in a shared knowledge base.
Requirements
- Production experience building systems with the Claude API and Claude Code beyond demos or proofs of concept.
- Working knowledge of MCP and agent patterns, including tools and subagents.
- Ability to read and debug production-style code in Java or React.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock or Google Cloud Vertex AI.
- Strong written, asynchronous, and conversational English communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts, provide code and assessment feedback, and reliably manage response times.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred qualifications include Anthropic Claude, AWS, or Google Cloud certification; experience with both Bedrock and Vertex AI; prompt design and evaluation; LMS content loading; SCORM or xAPI; and work with synthetic or sensitive data under security rules.
