Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery across requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and transition to support.
- Configure ServiceNow HRSD capabilities including HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions, Lifecycle Events, Universal Request, Virtual Agent, and shared-service workflows.
- Design GBS and shared-service operating models, workflows, routing, approvals, service levels, escalations, and reusable service patterns.
- Provide technical design input to solution, technical, enterprise, security, data, and integration architects.
- Configure platform components including tables, forms, workspaces, roles, access controls, notifications, Flow Designer flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and scheduled processes.
- Develop and support JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, import sets, transform maps, and enterprise integrations.
- Protect sensitive employee data through access controls, privacy, security, retention, masking, anonymization, and audit practices.
- Lead testing, issue diagnosis, release planning, deployment, validation, rollback, hypercare, governance, and operational handover.
- Provide technical guidance and review work from consultants, developers, analysts, administrators, and integration specialists.
- Support workshops, executive stakeholder engagement, demonstrations, estimates, proposals, and statements of work.
Requirements
- Current ServiceNow certification relevant to HRSD, such as Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources or an equivalent.
- Current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification or equivalent demonstrable application-engineering expertise.
- At least three Certified Implementation Specialist certificates.
- Eight or more years of relevant HR technology, shared-services technology, or enterprise application experience.
- Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience and three or more years of direct ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.
- Experience delivering at least two substantial end-to-end HRSD implementations in complex enterprise environments.
- Extensive experience architecting, engineering, supporting, and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong knowledge of HRSD architecture, data structures, security, workflows, integrations, reporting, employee services, and shared-service operating models.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with HRIS, payroll, benefits, talent, identity, document, collaboration, finance, facilities, procurement, and enterprise systems.
- Prior consulting experience, team leadership or supervision experience, and the ability to lead technical discussions with customers and senior stakeholders.
- Strong English communication, workshop facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and organizational skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification is highly preferred.
- Preferred experience includes GBS implementations, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, regulated or multinational environments, accessibility, records retention, regional privacy, and pre-sales support.
