Responsibilities
- Develop the enablement strategy for Atlassian’s service management partner ecosystem.
- Create ITSM/ESM solutions, blueprints, collateral, and reference architectures for channel partners.
- Provide technical support and thought leadership across partner deal cycles from sourcing and pre-sales through post-sales.
- Develop account strategies with channel teams to drive Jira Service Management adoption within the partner community.
- Deliver technical enablement workshops and contribute to partner practice development.
- Provide market feedback to product management and represent Atlassian at conferences and partner events.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with channel partners in pre-sales, consulting, delivery, and post-sales capacities.
- Experience as an ITSM/ESM architect with hands-on solution architecture skills.
- Ability to interpret complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and simplify them for partners and sales teams.
- Strong familiarity with Atlassian products, including Jira Service Management.
- Knowledge of common ITSM frameworks including IT4IT, ITIL 4, and DevOps.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, learning, and partner-enablement abilities.
