Responsibilities
- Lead technical ownership of new business opportunities from discovery through deal close.
- Conduct structured discovery and align customer requirements, risks, and success criteria with solution capabilities and business value.
- Design scalable, secure, fit-for-purpose solutions while balancing feasibility, performance, cost, and long-term effectiveness.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, tailored demonstrations, evaluations, and proof-of-value activities.
- Partner with Customer Success and delivery teams on implementation handoffs, adoption, and value realization.
- Engage technical teams and business leaders, communicate complex concepts clearly, and handle objections.
- Support opportunity qualification, deal viability assessment, account strategy, competitive positioning, and pipeline progression.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to deliver customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or customer-facing technical roles, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Strong foundation in networking, cloud, AI, and cybersecurity principles.
- Ability to design solutions, run demonstrations or evaluations, and translate technical concepts into business value.
- Familiarity with hybrid environments and security ecosystems such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and XDR.
- Strong consultative selling, business acumen, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Fundamental understanding of AI technologies including LLM, ML, and NLP.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Relevant Cloud, Security, and/or AI certifications are a plus.
