Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Manage customer and internal stakeholders, provide engagement reports, and escalate client and product feedback.
- Lead technical onboarding, environment readiness, security and identity setup, enterprise connector integration, data residency planning, and organizational change management.
- Map customer workflows and data pipelines, identify integration constraints, shape tools and APIs, and define MVP requirements for generative AI and autonomous-agent systems.
- Define impact hypotheses, benchmarks, KPIs, production-consumption measures, delivery reliability metrics, and business ROI reporting for executive sponsors.
- Own multi-workstream AI delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, acceptance criteria, sequencing, and technical execution across engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing technical delivery leadership, technical engagement management, solutions architecture, or enterprise AI/cloud consulting.
- Experience reading, evaluating, or debugging code in Python, Java, JavaScript, or another general-purpose language, and diagnosing architectural blockers.
- Experience with system design or orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience structuring technical delivery roadmaps, managing production deployments, and working with product or engineering organizations.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Preferred experience leading enterprise Generative AI, LLM-based agentic workflow, or RAG architecture engagements from prototype to production readiness.
- Preferred experience working with Forward Deployed Engineers, software engineering teams, sales, and Product/Research teams, plus experience with code review, API integrations, evaluation benchmarking, delivery playbooks, and 0-to-1 initiatives.
