Responsibilities
- Serve as a Marketing Cloud subject matter expert for the Success Architect organization.
- Advise Signature and Strategic customers on technical architecture, DevOps, performance, and Marketing Cloud solution design.
- Translate complex technical concepts for technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
- Identify capability gaps and recommend standard-product or customized solutions.
- Facilitate executive stakeholders and align technology strategy with business value and ROI.
- Develop and run Marketing Cloud customer engagement playbooks.
- Build relationships with internal teams, customers, and business partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven enterprise consulting experience, including implementation of enterprise software solutions in the Marketing or MarTech space.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement for Email/Mobile and at least one of Marketing Cloud Personalization, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, or a similar product.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices.
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Engagement scripting languages including AMPscript, SSJS, GTL, and WSProxy.
- Experience with system architecture design and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Engagement security capabilities and best practices.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, from developer through executive audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote customers and colleagues.
- Commitment to data ethics, privacy, data security, and relevant regulations.
- Preferred: Salesforce Clouds and multi-cloud implementation experience, Salesforce certifications, Salesforce APIs and architecture, Marketing or personalization platforms, AI concepts, data management, Customer Data Platforms or data lakes.
- Preferred: familiarity with SLDS, XML, HTML, SQL, JavaScript, JSON, and CSS.
- Preferred: Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French, or other business-level language skills.
