Responsibilities
- Build Shopify-first demo environments that showcase Bloomreach’s integrated commerce and personalization platform.
- Create frameworks and self-service tools that allow solution consultants to configure and personalize demos without repeated engineering intervention.
- Implement and maintain AI-driven demo flows using LLM integrations, agent orchestration, vector search, and real-time personalization.
- Document new demo capabilities, train the presales team, and build internal confidence in using the tools.
- Troubleshoot demo issues quickly and maintain performance and reliability in customer-facing environments.
- Collaborate asynchronously with a US-based team lead and EU and US teams.
Requirements
- Expertise in the Shopify ecosystem, including Shopify Hydrogen, Liquid, Storefront API, and Admin API.
- Proficiency with TypeScript or JavaScript and Python, with experience across React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Ability to translate ambiguous presales needs into working technical assets independently.
- Experience or familiarity with LLM APIs, agent orchestration, vector search, and real-time personalization workflows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with solution consultants and cross-functional teams across EU and US time zones.
- Experience with composable commerce, headless architecture, presales, solutions engineering, or developer advocacy is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Bloomreach or similar platforms, including Commerce Experience Cloud and MACH-stack solutions, is advantageous.
- Comfort using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
