Responsibilities
- Build and maintain modular integrations between Saviynt and third-party technology and cloud partners.
- Map data schemas across disparate systems to support identity and governance workflows.
- Debug and resolve integration issues while maintaining high performance and reliability in production environments.
- Architect and maintain demo environments and multi-tenant sandbox instances for partner developers and internal stakeholders.
- Automate provisioning of test data and configuration sets for repeatable integration testing.
- Write documented code, API documentation, getting-started guides, sample code, and boilerplate templates for external developers.
- Translate integration requirements into technical tasks and tickets with Product and Senior Engineering teams.
- Provide feedback to Core Engineering about API limitations and performance bottlenecks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development or technical support/implementation, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS.
- Foundational knowledge of identity and access management, including IGA, privileged access, or identity governance.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and SCIM, plus basic understanding of OAuth, SAML, or LDAP.
- Experience developing or scripting in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Ability to debug code, analyze API responses, and resolve integration errors.
- Ability to document technical workflows and communicate technical issues clearly.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and their interaction with identity providers.
- Experience with Git, SQL, and local or cloud development environments or sandboxes.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and NIST.
- Prior experience configuring Saviynt or similar IGA platforms is a major plus.
