Responsibilities
- Develop and refine engineering standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Promote software quality, security, reliability, and maintainability across products and services.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices and continuous improvement.
- Support technical reviews and help teams address complex engineering challenges.
- Improve developer experience through tools, automation, process simplification, reusable frameworks, and shared assets.
- Drive improvements in system performance, sustainability, maintainability, and complexity management.
- Align technical direction and engineering strategy with technical and business leaders.
- Mentor and coach engineers at all levels and foster communities of practice and knowledge sharing.
- Promote collaboration, learning, and inclusive technical excellence across teams.

- Strong experience leading impactful software engineering initiatives.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud-native systems, and modern development practices.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and contribute to strategic technical direction.
- Experience improving engineering productivity, software quality, and delivery effectiveness.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills.
