Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain custom applications, complex workflows, catalog items, and system integrations on ServiceNow.
- Develop and refine Now Assist AI skills, autonomous agents, and agentic workflows.
- Manage platform governance, cross-platform change impacts, quality standards, and ServiceNow version upgrades.
- Translate business and technical requirements into functional deliverables in collaboration with Solutions Architects and stakeholders.
- Mentor developers and support compliant, high-quality platform delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow API web services, and ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, CSM, or SPO.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related technical field.
- Certified Implementation Specialist certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and experience mentoring developers within an Agile framework.
