Responsibilities
- Meet with project managers to determine CRM needs and develop end-to-end customer solutions.
- Design, code, implement, customize, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Salesforce applications.
- Create development timelines and goals.
- Maintain the security and integrity of application software.
- Stay current with new technologies and guide the team in adopting them.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of relevant experience with Salesforce and Lightning Web Components.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies across multiple clouds, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience delivering significant Salesforce customizations.
- Experience with the Force.com technical platform, Apex, triggers, Batch Apex, and Visualforce.
- Understanding of Salesforce data modeling, including custom objects and junction objects.
- Hands-on experience with the Lightning platform and Salesforce-recommended design and development practices.
- Understanding of object-oriented development, design patterns, clean maintainable code, data structures, database schemas, and SQL.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, interpersonal, research, and communication skills.
