Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver scalable enterprise full-stack AI applications using React, Node.js, Python, and Large Language Model APIs.
- Develop Databricks-based integrations for data and service orchestration across enterprise systems.
- Implement solutions integrating Salesforce CPQ/CLM, Conga CLM/CPQ, Anaplan, Model N, and other enterprise platforms.
- Develop AI-driven workflow automation, assistant capabilities, agentic workflows, and generative AI applications.
- Build scalable Node.js and Python backend services, APIs, microservices, and responsive React user interfaces.
- Apply vector search, embedding-based retrieval, prompt-driven workflows, and enterprise AI services such as Azure OpenAI.
- Collaborate with architecture, AI platform, QA, DevOps, product, engineering, and business teams.
- Provide technical leadership through solution design, design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on implementation guidance.
- Own end-to-end delivery from solution design through implementation and stabilization while improving cycle time, data quality, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree and 8–12 years of experience.
- Strong full-stack experience developing enterprise-grade AI-enabled and automation-driven applications across frontend, middleware, and backend layers.
- Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL, scalable microservices, and React-based applications.
- Experience using Databricks as a middleware platform and developing API-based and event-driven integrations.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and well-architected design principles.
- Experience integrating generative AI solutions, including LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG patterns, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and evaluate AI-driven versus deterministic approaches.
- Preferred experience with AI orchestration frameworks, APIs, machine learning libraries, enterprise workflow configuration, system integrations, and data synchronization.
- Experience in Agile or iterative development environments and demonstrated progression toward increasingly complex technical responsibilities.
