Responsibilities
- Contribute to the team’s functional and technical roadmap for rules-based and AI-driven healthcare automation solutions.
- Support technical design and data-driven technology decisions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack web applications and cloud platform features.
- Work across the platform’s database, backend, and frontend layers while collaborating with product and design teams.
- Drive engineering releases approximately two to four times per month and perform production support duties one to two times per year.
- Assist with information security activities, security policy implementation, and reporting issues to the Information Security Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, software engineering, or equivalent experience in the field.
- Four to six years of full-time software development lifecycle experience.
- Proficiency with Java, Groovy, or Python and experience building applications with React and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud development.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL datastores, including associated data access patterns and strategies.
- Experience with software development practices including version control, unit testing, and CI/CD.
- Ability to own the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Experience with Cypress, Jest, Mocha, JUnit, or Cucumber is preferred but not required.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM systems, building agent-based systems, or contributing to open-source and community projects is preferred.
- Healthcare or life sciences experience is a plus.
- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana is preferred.
