Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features from user experience through backend code.
- Build scalable web applications using Java technologies and Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using front-end frameworks and libraries.
- Design and integrate backend APIs and troubleshoot application performance across the full stack.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert, help manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience developing scalable web applications using Java technologies.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries for responsive user interfaces.
- Knowledge of API design and integration for backend communication.
- Experience with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full stack.
- 15 years of full-time education.
