Base Salary

$163k - $205k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and own backend and full-stack systems supporting partner integrations and patient access.
  • Architect features for multi-state rollouts, clinical programs, and scalable care delivery models.
  • Convert bespoke partner requests into reusable platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product, data, operations, and clinical teams to launch solutions.
  • Lead projects end to end from scoping and design through implementation and rollout.
  • Help shape the technical direction of Partner Engineering as the company scales nationally.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience building backend or full-stack systems in production.
  • Experience leading projects or small pods from architecture through delivery.
  • Experience working with external partners, APIs, or integrations to ship real features.
  • Experience in fast-growing or startup environments with ambiguity and rapid execution.
  • Experience collaborating with product, operations, or data teams.
  • Experience mentoring engineers through code reviews, guidance, or technical leadership.
  • Preferred experience in health tech, logistics, integration-heavy environments, or regulated industries.
  • Preferred experience scaling backend systems and owning partner-facing APIs, data flows, or onboarding integrations.
