Responsibilities
- Develop detailed automation test cases in collaboration with team members.
- Prevent, analyze, and track product defects and perform root cause analysis.
- Conduct manual investigations and reproduce functional backend software issues.
- Identify test script deficiencies and propose solutions for additional coverage.
- Perform investigatory testing of unreleased features and define requirements.
- Document and design test scenarios for all testing activities.
- Stay updated with the latest technology to enhance testing processes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in software QA automation and backend testing.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and solid coding skills, preferably in Java.
- Proficient in conducting root cause analysis to address software quality issues.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
- User-focused mindset with good logical thinking.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.
- Bonus: Knowledge of blockchain and experience in functional testing for web and mobile applications.
