Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of model fine-tuning strategies for domain-specific performance.
- Fine-tune and adapt large language models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve model responsiveness and accuracy.
- Design and implement scalable API solutions for model integration and deployment.
- Monitor model performance and apply evaluation metrics and enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team and cross-team decisions, and provide technical solutions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models is stated as an additional requirement.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models, Generative AI, API Management, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, and Python frameworks.
- Strong expertise in fine-tuning large-scale language models, particularly for instruction and domain adaptation.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable APIs for model integration and deployment.
- Ability to optimize prompts and use model evaluation and performance monitoring approaches.
- Ability to collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
