Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and assure quality for SAP product features.
- Build and maintain production-grade AI-enabled features and cloud-based microservices.
- Integrate LLMs, develop prompt-management and basic RAG workflows, and validate AI responses.
- Build evaluation and benchmarking pipelines to measure AI output quality and system performance.
- Analyze issues, troubleshoot production systems, and improve architecture, scalability, reliability, and processes.
- Own features and modules end to end and collaborate with product, data, platform, and AI teams.
- Participate in code reviews, share technical knowledge, and contribute to team capability building.
Requirements
- Strong coding and debugging skills.
- Hands-on experience building and operating cloud-based microservices.
- Solid understanding of APIs and distributed-systems basics.
- Experience with CI/CD, testing, validation, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience with AI/LLM workflows, including prompt design, basic RAG patterns, and integrating AI services into applications.
- Development experience with Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
- SAP BTP experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-invoicing or ability to quickly learn domain-specific formats is preferred.
- Experience building AI-powered developer or customer-facing tools and designing interaction layers that make AI outputs actionable is preferred.
