Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML automation solutions for automotive cybersecurity and functional safety engineering workflows.
- Build intelligent systems for document understanding, review automation, knowledge reuse, decision support, and engineering productivity.
- Develop and deploy solutions using LLMs, GenAI, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Build scalable end-to-end automation pipelines spanning cybersecurity, safety, semiconductor, and other engineering domains.
- Apply AI/ML to security analysis, compliance monitoring, audit and regulatory process automation, and process optimization.
- Support hardware security analysis, verification automation, silicon validation, and AI-assisted design workflows.
- Work independently on complex, ambiguous problems and influence senior leadership and cross-functional technical decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and 4+ years of relevant engineering experience; or a master's degree and 3+ years; or a PhD and 2+ years.
- Strong background in machine learning and artificial intelligence, including scalable ML pipelines, model training workflows, or inference systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages and solid software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with LLMs, GenAI, agentic AI systems, intelligent automation, knowledge systems, semantic search, RAG, or workflow orchestration.
- Preferred experience includes 5+ years in machine learning, artificial intelligence, software engineering, or applied intelligent systems.
- Preferred experience includes 4+ years with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 26262, or UNECE WP.29 and exposure to hardware security, RTL design, design verification, or silicon validation are preferred.
- Experience with production AI deployments, multi-agent orchestration, autonomous workflow automation, compliance or regulatory tools, and platform-level AI/ML initiatives is preferred.
