Base Salary
$158k - $238k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML-based automation for automotive cybersecurity and functional safety engineering workflows.
- Build intelligent systems for document understanding, review automation, compliance monitoring, and engineering productivity.
- Develop and deploy LLM, GenAI, and agentic AI solutions and scalable end-to-end automation pipelines.
- Contribute to knowledge automation platforms supporting cross-project reuse and engineering decision support.
- Apply AI/ML to security analysis, compliance, audit, regulatory, verification, and process-optimization workflows.
- Support future capabilities in hardware security analysis, design verification, silicon validation, and AI-assisted design automation.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional technical initiatives and communicate complex technical concepts to leadership and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field plus 4+ years of relevant engineering experience; alternatively, a master’s degree plus 3+ years or a PhD plus 2+ years.
- Strong background in machine learning and artificial intelligence, including production-quality ML pipelines, model training workflows, or inference systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, C, Java, or similar languages, along with solid software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with LLMs, GenAI, agentic AI systems, intelligent automation frameworks, knowledge systems, semantic search, RAG, or workflow orchestration.
- Preferred: master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, software engineering, or applied intelligent systems.
- Preferred: experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production or engineering environments and leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Preferred: familiarity with ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 26262, UNECE WP.29, hardware security, RTL design, design verification, or silicon validation workflows.
