Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and manage AI/ML, forecasting, predictive analytics, and Generative AI solutions.
- Lead the AI/ML development squad, including solution design, code review, delivery quality, and technical mentoring.
- Own AI/ML solution design and drive use cases from prototype through production.
- Partner on use-case discovery, estimation, and roadmap planning.
- Integrate ML outputs into the BI layer and business reporting.
- Ensure security, governance, responsible-AI compliance, data quality, and reconciliation for delivered models.
- Support model monitoring, governance, and production operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, including 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML development and 2+ years leading a developer pod.
- Experience delivering models into production at enterprise scale.
- Hands-on experience with GCP Vertex AI, Vertex AI Pipelines, Model Registry, Endpoints, Gemini, Claude, prompt engineering, and RAG.
- Experience building forecasting and predictive analytics models, including ARIMA, SARIMA, and time-series models, plus classification and regression models.
- Strong programming skills in Python and PySpark, with experience in TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline automation, Artifact Registry, and MLOps/model lifecycle management.
- Strong SQL and semantic modeling skills.
- Preferred experience with Streamlit, AngularJS, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, model monitoring, governance, and production support.
