Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and manage AI/ML, forecasting, predictive analytics, and Generative AI solutions.
- Lead the AI/ML development squad, including solution design, code review, delivery quality, and technical mentoring.
- Own AI/ML solution design and drive use cases from prototype to production.
- Partner with engagement leads and business stakeholders on use-case discovery, estimation, and roadmap planning.
- Integrate machine-learning outputs into the BI layer and existing reporting.
- Ensure security, governance, responsible-AI compliance, model monitoring, and production support.
- Build forecasting, predictive analytics, classification, and regression models.
- Manage MLOps, model lifecycle processes, data quality, and reconciliation for analytics consumption.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, including 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML development and 2+ years leading a developer pod.
- Experience delivering models into production at enterprise scale.
- Hands-on experience with GCP Vertex AI, Vertex AI Pipelines, Model Registry, Endpoints, Gemini, Claude, prompt engineering, and RAG.
- Experience building ARIMA, SARIMA, time-series, classification, and regression models.
- Strong Python and PySpark programming skills with TensorFlow and PyTorch experience.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline automation, Artifact Registry, and MLOps/model lifecycle management.
- Strong SQL and semantic modeling skills, including data quality and reconciliation for analytics consumption.
- Preferred experience with Streamlit, AngularJS, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, model monitoring, governance, and production support.
