Responsibilities
- Design, operate, manage, and refine research, development, and production cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and manage tools and processes that improve software development practices.
- Contribute to tooling, infrastructure, and architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with science, machine learning research, product, business development, and operations teams.
- Support software lifecycle automation, release management, and infrastructure observability.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Docker, Terraform, and at least one major cloud platform.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters and understanding Infrastructure as Code.
- Extensive experience with DevOps, release management, and automation.
- Experience with Helm, Kustomize, Kapitan, or similar deployment tools.
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or similar monitoring and observability technologies.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Ability to independently deliver solutions and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Nice-to-have experience includes Google Cloud Platform, machine learning cloud infrastructure, GitHub Actions, software engineering foundations, and identifying and mitigating security risks.
