Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of perception, reasoning, and action.
- Integrate AI agents with external enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
- Optimize multi-agent environments for performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to align agent capabilities with business needs.
- Explore generative AI, LLM orchestration, and multi-agent frameworks.
- Build custom agents for enterprise workflows such as service request triage, summarization, and proactive support.
- Contribute to agent lifecycle management, AI profile management, and autonomous decision-making systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with exposure to AI/ML projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience developing AI agents with Google ADK, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Go, Rust, or Python.
- Familiarity with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and multi-agent workflow orchestration.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Understanding of generative AI, NLP, and reinforcement learning concepts.
- Experience with PL/SQL or Java is a plus.
- Experience building custom AI agents for enterprise workflows is preferred.
- Experience with agent lifecycle management, AI profiles, multi-agent collaboration, and autonomous decision-making is preferred.
