Build intelligent, autonomous AI agents that integrate with enterprise systems and transform workflows and customer experiences. This remote role offers the opportunity to shape generative AI solutions for Calix’s cloud-based broadband platform.
Lead the architecture and hands-on delivery of Calix’s enterprise AI capability, including agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, platform foundations, and productivity tooling. This staff-level technical leadership role combines coding, cross-functional influence, team mentorship, and oversight of external delivery partners.
Staff Engineer Solution Test leads end-to-end testing and automation for telecom access products, validating customer deployment scenarios across software, hardware, networks, and management systems. The role also mentors test engineers and troubleshoots complex field and system issues.
