- Create an automation roadmap focused on high-risk, high-volume, and business-critical Salesforce journeys.
- Integrate Cypress execution into CI/CD pipelines and release workflows, including pull-request validation, scheduled regressions, quality gates, result publishing, screenshots, videos, and diagnostics.
- Establish test observability and quality metrics covering coverage, pass rate, execution time, flaky-test rate, escaped defects, failure causes, and manual effort avoided.
- Build secure and repeatable test-data and credential-management practices across Salesforce sandboxes and connected systems.
- Perform exploratory, functional, integration, regression, and release-readiness testing when automation is unavailable or human judgment is needed.
- Partner with product owners, analysts, architects, developers, and administrators to improve testability, acceptance criteria, risk analysis, and definition-of-done standards.
- Troubleshoot test and application failures, document reproducible evidence, review automation code, mentor engineers, and provide technical guidance.
