- Create reusable templates and documentation for future engineers.
Requirements

- Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or React.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and learn new systems quickly.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with business partners.
- Genuine interest in People operations or HR tech.
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
