Responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous product problems into clear, testable specifications with explicit success criteria and edge cases.
- Use, guide, and improve AI-agent workflows through scoped tasks, critical review, guardrails, and corrective steering.
- Own shipped production work by debugging to root cause and encoding preventive tests, lint rules, or agent constraints.
- Deliver medium-to-complex frontend features end-to-end with minimal guidance.
- Build reusable, production-quality React components and integrate them reliably with backend services.
- Share effective agent workflows and AI practices with the team while collaborating on architecture, reliability, performance, and correctness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3–6 years of frontend software engineering experience.
- Strong React.js expertise, including component contracts, state management, rendering, and performance behavior.
- Solid understanding of browser parsing, rendering, painting, semantic HTML, and accessibility.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JSON, build tools, and Git.
- Strong debugging skills and attention to cross-browser compatibility and measurable frontend performance.
- Ability to delegate well-scoped work to AI agents, critically review their output, identify architectural drift, and course-correct before merging.
- Good problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
