Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures for GenAI, LLM, RAG, and agentic AI solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical AI solution concepts and advise clients on AI services, tools, and frameworks.
- Design data and integration architectures and connect AI solutions to Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and existing enterprise systems.
- Establish best practices for MLOps/LLMOps, evaluations, guardrails, monitoring, and AI cost control.
- Incorporate privacy, information security, responsible AI, governance, and regulatory requirements such as the EU AI Act.
- Communicate architecture decisions to development teams, business stakeholders, management, and C-level audiences.
- Support the development of Eraneos’s AI offering, including acquisitions, proposals, customer presentations, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, engineering, or comparable training.
- Several years of experience architecting and implementing software, data, or AI solutions, ideally in consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Practical experience with at least one major cloud platform and its AI services, such as Microsoft Foundry with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with APIs, microservices, containerization, and CI/CD.
- Understanding of AI-system security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical subjects to audiences ranging from engineering teams to C-level stakeholders.
- Fluent German and English communication skills.
- Preferred: experience building agent solutions, including multi-agent orchestration, MCP, evaluations, and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Preferred: experience with data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
