Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered approval workflows that allow customers to configure routing in natural language.
- Build an intelligent collections agent to automate payment reminders and escalations.
- Scale billing infrastructure to handle increased throughput while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Design systems for processing high-velocity event streams with a focus on reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals.
Requirements
- Experience shipping production backend systems with a focus on reliability.
- Strong customer-centric mindset to understand the purpose behind product features.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt based on feedback.
- Excellent communication skills to enhance collaboration within the team.
- Interest in distributed systems and resilient software development.
- Deep relational database expertise is a plus.
