Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software for Ericsson Baseband and Cloud RAN solutions.
- Design, implement, test, and troubleshoot software components.
- Contribute to software architectural improvements.
- Work with automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.
- Use AI and automation to improve productivity and reduce lead time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Ericsson’s global R&D organization.
- Contribute to innovations supporting the evolution from 5G Advanced toward 6G networks.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Telecommunications, or another relevant field.
- Programming experience in one or more languages such as C++, Python, Java, or similar.
- Interest in software development, AI, machine learning, and telecommunications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in diverse and international teams.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and coding assistants such as Coding Buddy or GitHub Copilot is an advantage.
