Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and developers to administer, troubleshoot, and enhance enterprise collaboration tools.
- Develop custom solutions, applications, and workflows using SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Respond to user support requests through a ticketing system, diagnose common issues, and communicate solutions.
- Work with business users to understand requirements and identify process-improvement opportunities.
- Research Microsoft 365 technologies and features and document solutions and support processes.
- Participate in professional development sessions, networking, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations.
Requirements
- Be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- Have a current program GPA of at least 3.0.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions or future sponsorship.
- Be able to travel locally to internship development events and activities.
- Preferred qualifications include Python or PowerShell experience or coursework, familiarity with Microsoft 365, and experience with SharePoint Online, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
- Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or personal and academic technology projects is beneficial.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and end-user interaction skills.
