Base Salary
$90k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy web-based applications using React, React Native, TypeScript, Python, and other technologies.
- Collaborate with HCI and UX engineers to design intuitive user interfaces and implement them with software engineers.
- Develop new object-oriented, extensible, and maintainable codebases.
- Stay current with frontend development trends and technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and improve the codebase.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship or the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance is required.
- At least five years of experience in frontend development and UI/UX for web applications is required.
- Knowledge of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python is required.
- Knowledge of test-driven development is required.
- Experience with design patterns, design principles, and user-centric application development is required.
- Experience with Git and/or Subversion is required.
- Experience working with teams using Agile software development is required.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.
