Responsibilities
- Define technical direction and make architectural decisions for operational workflow systems across multiple product lines
- Build tools that process large datasets and generate insights for fraud investigation and decision-making
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to automate manual review processes
- Design and develop AI-based applications for operational tasks
- Improve system reliability, development velocity, and the time required to launch new capabilities
Requirements
- Experience designing and scaling distributed systems with a focus on reliability and performance
- Experience building and operating production applications that use large language models or similar AI systems
- Understanding of systems that manage model behavior and ensure consistent, reliable outputs
- Experience working with large-scale data pipelines and extracting insights from complex datasets
- Ability to translate business processes into technical solutions with clear milestones and measurable outcomes
