Responsibilities
- Build and own major React Native application features end-to-end.
- Develop clean, scalable JavaScript and TypeScript code.
- Collaborate with founders, product, and design teams to turn ideas into products.
- Debug and resolve issues across iOS, Android, APIs, and backend integrations.
- Optimize performance, animations, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Help establish engineering standards, architecture, and development best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience building and shipping production React Native applications.
- Expert-level JavaScript and TypeScript skills.
- Product mindset and passion for exceptional user experiences.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership.
- Consumer-facing mobile product experience is preferred.
- Experience with Expo, native modules, App Store releases, or mobile CI/CD is preferred.
- Backend or full-stack experience with Node.js and APIs is preferred.
- Web3, blockchain, or Solidity experience is preferred but not required.
- Early-stage startup experience and experience defining engineering processes and technical standards are preferred.
