Responsibilities
- Design and implement a cloud-native identity architecture using modern IdPs.
- Evolve the organization’s identity boundary with cryptographically-grounded alternatives.
- Own the identity lifecycle architecture across corporate, production, and research environments.
- Mandate hardware-backed authentication globally across all endpoints.
- Eliminate legacy MFA bypass vectors to enforce phishing-resistant authentication.
- Build just-in-time credentialing systems for access to GPU clusters.
- Replace long-lived credentials with ephemeral, certificate-based access.
- Architect cryptographic identity frameworks for service-to-service communication.
- Integrate authorization policies as code into developer workflows.
- Build automated provisioning workflows for identity lifecycle events.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in identity security or infrastructure engineering.
- Proven track record of architecting zero-trust identity infrastructure at scale.
- Hands-on experience securing IAM boundaries across major cloud providers.
- Experience with privileged access management systems for large-scale compute environments.
- Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and PKI.
- Strong software engineering skills in languages like Go, Python, or Rust.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
- Knowledge of advanced adversary techniques targeting identity.
