Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Consultants and Project Managers as part of a project team.
- Learn and apply technical consulting, software solution design, industry business process, and project management skills.
- Participate in customer business process discovery workshops, gather requirements, and support fit/gap analysis.
- Configure Veeva products to match customer needs under the guidance of Solution Architects.
- Support solution building, testing, customer training, and final deployment.
- Create system requirements and solution design documentation.
- Explain solutions to varied audiences and provide subject matter expertise on Veeva applications and technical design.
- Guide customer project teams in applying business and technical best practices.
Requirements
- Maximum of up to 2 years of work experience after university.
- BA, BS, or BBA degree with strong and consistent academic performance, or equivalent skills gained through work experience or disciplined self-study.
- Fluent German at native level and fluent English.
- Currently living in Germany or having completed or being in the process of completing studies at a German university.
- Willingness to travel up to 20–30% of the time.
- Ability to manage time in person and remotely, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven analytical skills.
- Ability to express business and technical concepts as potential solution designs.
- Interest in or experience using software to make processes more efficient.
- Experience with MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
- Preferred backgrounds include biomedicine/biochemistry engineering, business or management information systems, software or mechanical engineering, life sciences, or similar education or experience.
- Preferred qualifications include pharma company experience, community involvement or organizational leadership, tutoring or teaching experience, programming knowledge, relational database knowledge, CRM or document management system knowledge, and French or Italian fluency.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the European Union; employment visa sponsorship is not provided.
